Job summary

COMPOSERS & AUTHORS SOCIETY OF SINGAPORE LIMITED is seeking an organized Executive to join the Membership team in Singapore. You will manage membership operations, maintain data integrity and engage with local music creators to foster community ties.

You will also support event planning and coordinate workshops and community programs, while handling day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the department efficient and responsive.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 2 years of general administration or membership operations.
• Strong written and verbal proficiency in English; bilingualism preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Membership Management: handle workflows, application processing, data collation and ensure data integrity.
• Creator Relations: communicate with members, guide new applicants and foster relationships with local creators.
• Event Support: assist in planning and executing music-related events, workshops and community programs.
• Administrative Operations: provide broad admin support and track workflows for the department.
