Job summary

PURE INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Client Service Executive to join our team, supporting membership administration and service operations. You will coordinate member accounts, process requests, and liaise with Sales and Finance to resolve inquiries.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, has at least one year of data entry experience, and demonstrates strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1 year of data entry experience.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to multi-task and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Membership Administration: create and maintain member accounts, update packages and fees, process billing adjustments.
• Membership Services: process renewals, transfers, suspensions and terminations accurately.
• Member Enquiries and Resolution: liaise with Sales, Operations, Corporate Sales and Finance to resolve inquiries.
• Redemption Processing: process food voucher redemptions and extensions as requested.
• Administrative Support: perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
