Job summary

YUMIKO F&B PTE. LTD. seeks a Membership Manager for the Bankers and Traders Club to grow the community, sign new members from banks, funds, fintechs, and related industries, and keep existing members engaged so they renew.

You will manage outreach, referrals, events, onboarding in the first 90 days, and will track renewals while reporting weekly on pipeline and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in membership sales, business development, or client relationships.
• Strong existing network in banking or trading is a major plus.
• Confident communicator who can approach senior professionals cold.

Responsibilities

• Own the membership growth target and build a pipeline from banks, trading firms, funds, fintechs.
• Prospect actively through LinkedIn, referrals, events, partner organisations, and your network.
• Pitch the club, run calls and site visits, and close new memberships.
• Design and run referral programs and member-get-member campaigns.
• Onboard new members and ensure value in their first 90 days.
• Track renewals, reduce churn, and gather feedback to improve the offer.
• Represent the club at events and coordinate with the events team on member acquisition.
• Maintain the member database and report weekly on pipeline, conversions, and retention.

Membership Manager – Bankers and Traders Club

About the role

The Bankers and Traders Club (BTC) brings together professionals from banking, trading, and investment to network, learn, and do business while focus on nightlife concept. We are looking for a Membership Manager whose primary job is simple: grow the club. You will find, attract, and sign up new members, and keep existing members engaged so they renew.

What you’ll do

• Own the membership growth target and build a pipeline of prospective members from banks, trading firms, funds, fintechs, and related industries.
• Prospect actively through LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, partner organisations, and your own network.
• Pitch the club to prospects, run introductory calls and site visits, and close new memberships.
• Design and run referral programmes and member-get-member campaigns.
• Onboard new members and ensure they get value in their first 90 days.
• Track renewals, reduce churn, and gather feedback to improve the membership offer.
• Represent the club at events and coordinate with the events team on member-acquisition activities.
• Maintain the member database and report weekly on pipeline, conversions, and retention.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in membership sales, business development, or client relationship roles, ideally in financial services, private clubs, or professional associations.
• A strong existing network in banking or trading is a major plus.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable approaching senior professionals cold.
• Target-driven, organised, and comfortable with CRM tools.
• Polished and discreet, with good judgement around a senior finance audience.
