SINGAPORE NATIONAL EMPLOYERS FEDERATION (SNEF) is seeking a Membership Specialist for a two-year contract role with a productivity incentive on top of the monthly salary. The position may be extended for another year based on performance.

You will drive recruitment, build a strong pipeline, analyse performance and support the team. Candidates should have B2B sales experience, a strong sales mindset and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong sales mindset with closing skills.
• Self-driven, independent and team-oriented.
• Fluent in written and verbal English; able to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive full membership recruitment cycle from prospect engagement to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline with qualified leads.
• Analyse performance and report KPI progress with actionable insights.
• Support the wider team and handle ad-hoc projects.
