Job summary

Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) invites applications for a Membership Specialist role. This two-year junior executive contract focuses on growing SNEF's corporate membership base, from identifying prospects to onboarding and retention, in a fast-paced B2B environment.

The successful candidate will build a strong pipeline, engage senior stakeholders including C-level and HR leaders, analyze performance, and support a collaborative team to achieve sustainable membership growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client engagement.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong sales mindset with ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and outside hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership recruitment from prospect to onboarding with target-driven results.
• Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline through cold outreach and events.
• Analyse performance, review recruitment outcomes, and report KPI progress with actionable recommendations.
• Support the wider team and take on projects as assigned by the reporting officer.
