Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client engagement.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full membership life cycle from initial prospect engagement through conversion and onboarding with a focus on sustainable, target-driven results to drive membership growth.
• Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
• Proactively prospect through cold outreach, referral networks, and participation in relevant industry events.
• Maintain a healthy, well-tracked pipeline of qualified leads with accurate records and clear visibility on conversion status at every stage.
• Analyse performance and report insights.
• Review recruitment outcomes and market trends to refine outreach strategies. Prepare periodic reports on KPI progress with actionable recommendations.
• Take on projects and tasks as assigned by the reporting officer, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach to shared objectives.
