Job summary

SINGAPORE NATIONAL EMPLOYERS FEDERATION in Singapore seeks an Event Specialist to support the Member & Corporate Relations department, handling administrative tasks and organizing events, meetings, and conferences. The candidate should be meticulous and detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment and work independently while collaborating effectively within a team structure.

This is a 2-year contract role with yearly extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
• Detail-oriented with high data accuracy in handling information.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors, including sourcing and negotiating contracts.
• Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Flexible to work weekends and after-hours when required.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CRM administration, data accuracy and billing.
• Build and maintain relationships with members through engagement and follow-ups.
• Plan, coordinate and execute events from concept to post-event reporting.
• Support cross-functional teams and take on ad hoc projects.
