Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in membership, CRM, loyalty, customer engagement, community building, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Proven ability to lead projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute membership strategies across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable programmes and outcomes that support membership growth.
• Support the continuous evolution of NTUC Youth's membership strategy and customer value proposition.
• Design and optimise member journeys to strengthen activation, participation, utilisation, and loyalty.
• Develop segment-led engagement strategies that deepen member relationships and increase active membership.
• Drive initiatives that enhance member value, satisfaction, and long‑term retention.
• Drive membership analytics, segmentation, and performance monitoring to support decision‑making.
• Translate member insights into targeted interventions and continuous improvements.
• Strengthen membership systems, data management, and reporting capabilities to enable effective member engagement.
• Lead strategic membership projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality delivery and impact.
• Partner cross‑functionally to integrate membership objectives across NTUC Youth initiatives and member touchpoints.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
