Job summary

PEAK360 PTE. LTD. seeks a Customer Experience & Gym Membership Head to oversee daily gym operations in Singapore, including front desk, membership admin and customer service.

You will develop renewal strategies, monitor member metrics and ensure high standards of customer experience across the club. You will also manage opening/closing, supplier relations, equipment servicing, health and safety procedures, staff training, and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk, membership administration and customer service.
• Develop membership packages and renewal strategies.
• Monitor membership numbers, cancellations and retention.
• Manage gym opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and servicing.
• Implement health, safety and operational procedures.
• Manage suppliers and service providers.
• Train and supervise operational staff.
• Prepare monthly operational reports.
• Monitor operating costs and revenue.
• Coordinate gym events and member activities.
• Conduct a minimum of 150 sessions per month as a KPI.
