NEW ADVENTURES FITNESS PTE. LTD. is launching a brand-new fitness facility in western Singapore.

The Assistant Club Manager will bridge pre-sales and daily operations, ensuring a seamless member experience from front desk to gym floor. You will greet guests, manage inquiries, process memberships, and close sales while coordinating tours and promotions. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound outreach, coordinating with vendors, tracking inventory, and supporting management with RFQs

Qualifications

• Proactive communicator who builds rapport with potential members and provides customer service throughout the sales process.
• Operational multitasker thriving in pre-sale and day-to-day club operations.
• Detail-oriented with strict adherence to schedules, inventories, and admin tasks.
• Flexible and prepared to lead from the front during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage inquiries, process memberships and payments, and keep member records.
• Walk-ins engagement, facility tours, showcase club value, and close memberships.
• Handle inbound inquiries, outbound calls via Talkhub, qualify leads, book appointments, promote offers.
• Drive pre-sale at booths, follow up with vendors, coordinate equipment deliveries.
• Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance, inspect premises, coordinate repairs.
