Responsibilities

• Engage prospective members through walk-ins, inquiries, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Conduct club tours and present suitable membership options.
• Achieve individual sales KPIs and contribute to club targets.
• Promote membership packages, campaigns, and ongoing promotions effectively.
• Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression of the club.
• Build relationships with prospects and members to enhance retention.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Ensure interactions reflect a positive and energetic club experience.
• Follow up on leads promptly and manage sales pipelines effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and conversions.
• Nurture prospects through consistent communication and engagement.
• Convert inquiries into memberships through consultative selling.
• Work closely with the club team to ensure smooth operations and member experience.
