Job summary

Peak 360 Gym seeks a Customer Experience & Gym Membership Head to oversee daily operations, from front desk to membership administration and customer service, while shaping membership packages and renewal strategies.

You will monitor membership numbers, cancellations and retention, manage opening/closing, coordinate equipment maintenance, and implement health and safety procedures. You will also manage suppliers, train staff, and prepare monthly reports to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Peak 360 Gym.
• Oversee front desk, membership administration and customer service.
• Develop membership packages and renewal strategies.
• Monitor membership numbers, cancellations and retention.
• Manage gym opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and servicing.
• Implement health, safety and operational procedures.
• Manage suppliers and service providers.
• Develop customer experience standards.
• Train and supervise operational staff.
• Prepare monthly operational reports.
• Monitor operating costs and revenue.
• Coordinate gym events and member activities.
• The Employee is required to conduct a minimum of 150 sessions per month as a KPI.
