Job summary

Purple Pluto is seeking a warm, organised Studio Experience Executive to support daily member experience and gym operations. You will be a primary contact for members and guests, helping with bookings, inquiries, orientation and service standards in a fast-paced fitness environment.

You’ll contribute to a welcoming culture, manage front-d desk communications, assist with membership processes and engage with the community while upholding professional service and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Prioritize friendly, proactive service for members and guests.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain professional standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced fitness setting.
• Willing to learn the Company’s membership and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests; manage check-ins and class bookings.
• Support member enquiries and orientation; assist with schedules.
• Coordinate front-desk operations and communications across channels.
• Support membership sales and retention activities.
• Assist with gym operations, cleanliness, equipment readiness and safety.
