The role blends hospitality, relationship management, and event planning. You will run regular community activities, support member onboarding, and assist with tours, inquiries, and space booking, all while ensuring facilities are well-maintained and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, events, customer service, or community management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment.
• Organised and proactive with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Build strong relationships with members and understand their business needs.
• Foster a positive community culture through regular engagement and support.
• Coordinate monthly social gatherings and member engagement events to enhance interaction.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coworking centre and maintain facilities.
• Support sales with centre tours and membership inquiries.
