Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Community Host to join our Workplace Experience team. You will be the onsite point of contact for a designated zone, delivering high-touch support and ensuring a welcoming, productive environment for employees and visitors.

The role emphasizes space readiness, guest experience, and continuous improvement through VOC insights and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on hospitality and proactive service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, travel and tourism, customer service, retail operations, workplace experience, real estate services or co-working environments.
• Diploma or Degree qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional day-to-day support to employees, visitors, and guests.
• Deliver a warm, professional welcome and create positive first impressions.
• Assist with workplace navigation, information requests, and employee inquiries.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Build trusted relationships with employees and key stakeholders across the business.
• Handle questions, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
