You will perform mise en place, operate kitchen stations, support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, assist with stock checks and inventory, and help maintain cleanliness, organization and wastage control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years as a Cook, Line Cook, Commis Cook or Chef.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Greek and Mediterranean dishes according to recipes.
• Carry out mise en place and line cooking duties.
• Operate assigned kitchen stations during service.
• Assist with stock checking and basic kitchen inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Handle and store ingredients to minimize wastage.
