Job summary

BEZ CAREERS (S) PTE. LTD. seeks a Cook/Line Cook for a Greek/Mediterranean kitchen in Singapore. You will prepare and cook Greek dishes to the restaurant’s standards, perform mise en place, and support service while maintaining consistent taste and presentation.

You’ll operate kitchen stations, ensure food hygiene and safety, manage stock, and follow HACCP/NEA guidelines. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook/Line Cook.
• Basic exposure to Greek or Mediterranean cuisine preferred.
• Knowledge of grilling, hot kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Familiar with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
