Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist with planning, implementation and coordination of M&E works at construction sites.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, project teams and site stakeholders to align installation schedules with project requirements. Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementation and coordination of M&E works at construction sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams on installation schedules and site requirements.
• Monitor work progress and workmanship against drawings and project specs.
• Assist in preparing M&E coordination drawings and structural penetration shop drawings for approval.
• Liaise with architectural coordinators and design engineers on drawings submissions and coordination matters.
• Review relevant main contract and subcontract requirements with guidance from the project team.
• Support the team in ensuring works meet project timelines, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Follow up on site issues and carry out other project-related duties.

What We Are Looking For
