Job summary

Oneness Holdings is seeking a Diploma-qualified M&E Engineer to coordinate and oversee Mechanical and Electrical works on construction projects in Singapore. You will review drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and monitor installation progress to ensure adherence to specifications.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant M&E experience, familiarity with A&A projects is a plus, and strong communication and coordination skills are essential to ensure smooth project

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E engineering experience.
• Experience with A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects will be an advantage.
• Relevant M&E experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems, site coordination, and construction processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works for construction projects.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor M&E installation progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on technical issues and rectification works.
• Resolve site coordination and technical issues with relevant parties.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E progress.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
• Ensure M&E works comply with project requirements, quality standards, and relevant regulations.

Education
