Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a Main Contractor for building projects in Singapore. The role involves supporting the Site Manager to execute and monitor site works, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and procedures.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, strong M&E knowledge, familiarity with local codes and safety standards, and a track record coordinating trades on building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong technical understanding of M&E systems and trades.
• Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and safety standards related to building construction and M&E services.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in executing and monitoring site works to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on site execution and quality matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, approved drawings, specifications, and agreed procedures.
• Track variations, claims, and cost impacts, and support cost control within the project budget.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure works meet quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and manage changes with the design team in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain inspection records and ensure site compliance with the Project Quality Plan and regulatory requirements.
• Report to the Assistant Site Manager and Construction Manager and support overall site governance.
