Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an M&E Engineer to coordinate and manage mechanical and electrical works for construction projects from planning through to completion.

The role requires reviewing M&E drawings, collaborating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring works meet project schedules and regulations. On-site presence and effective communication are essential for successful handover and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in M&E engineering (or related) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Experience in building construction projects will be an advantage.
• Familiar with M&E systems, construction drawings and site coordination.
• Good understanding of Singapore building regulations, codes and standards.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Willing to work on-site and support project requirements.
