Job summary

H P Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a professional to plan, schedule and coordinate mechanical and electrical works on our Singapore projects. You will monitor progress, supervise M&E subcontractors and ensure works conform to drawings and specifications.

Candidates should hold a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2–5 years in construction/engineering, and be able to liaise with clients and consultants, prepare shop drawings, and support project teams to

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
2–5 years of experience in Construction/Building/Engineering industry preferred.
Experience in supervising M&E works and coordinating with subcontractors is desirable.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, control and coordinate mechanical and electrical works.
Monitor, track and report project progress to management.
Supervise M&E sub-contractors to ensure works adhere to specifications and drawings.
Coordinate with clients and M&E consultants for technical resolutions, inspections and submissions.
Evaluate costing for M&E works and manage shop drawings coordination.
Ensure compliance with client, consultant and authority requirements.
Coordinate subcontractors' shop drawings and quotations for M&E compliance.
Assist in contract administration of M&E subcontracts and facilitate necessary inspections.
