Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable M&E Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical works for timely site execution.

The role involves ensuring all M&E activities align with design drawings and project specs, while maintaining quality and safety on site. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant M&E or construction experience, a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and strong communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in M&E or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage M&E project works to ensure timely and smooth execution.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with approved drawings, technical specs and project requirements.
• Plan, schedule and monitor site activities; identify and resolve technical and site issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors for proper M&E coordination.
• Prepare progress reports, claims, variation orders and relevant project documentation; follow up on certifications and payments.
• Monitor project progress to meet schedule and budget, including testing, commissioning and handover of M&E systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, codes of practice and safety requirements; promote Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) on site.
