Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a System Engineer to administer and support the organization’s MDM/MAM environment. You will manage Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM, device enrolment, security baselines and policy deployment to ensure devices and apps comply with requirements.

You will monitor platform health, perform maintenance, and collaborate with infrastructure, network, security and application teams to resolve cross‑system issues. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity or related discipline.
• Experience with enterprise MDM/UEM platforms, preferably Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch).
• Experience with mobile OS (Android/iOS) enrolment, profiles and security controls.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, networking, DNS, firewalls, and PKI.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain MDM/UEM environment and access controls.
• Monitor platform health, availability and performance.
• Support device enrollment, provisioning and de-enrolment processes.
• Configure security baselines, passcodes, encryption and device restrictions.
• Package, deploy and manage enterprise apps via MDM/MAM.
• Coordinate with infra, network, security and apps teams to resolve issues.
• Perform maintenance, patching and upgrades within approved windows.
• Provide Level 2 support for MDM/MAM incidents and requests.
• Prepare system health, inventory and compliance reports.
