Job summary

Thakral One Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned MECM/SCCM administrator to lead enterprise endpoint management.

You will design OS deployments, manage patching cycles, and ensure compliance across a regulated environment. The role requires strong scripting, collaboration with security teams, and governance-focused delivery. You will partner with infrastructure, security, and service-management teams to keep MECM services reliable, auditable, and scalable, while advancing co-management with Intune

Qualifications

Extensive experience administering MECM/SCCM in a large Enterprise environment.
Expert-level knowledge of MECM/SCCM architecture, client management, software distribution, OS deployment, updates, reporting, and compliance.
Advanced troubleshooting across site systems, client health, content distribution, boundary groups, MP/DP, and task sequences.
Strong PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, diagnostics, and remediation.
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Defender, AD, Group Policy, WSUS, PKI, DNS, and networking.
Experience with MSI packaging and PSADT, or equivalent frameworks.
Working knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure supporting MECM site systems.
Knowledge of endpoint security controls and audit evidence requirements.
Experience with ServiceNow and Qualys.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in banking, financial services, or another highly regulated technology environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and optimize MECM infrastructure.
Design and support OS deployment solutions for Windows clients/servers, including task sequences, boot images, driver packages, and OS images.
Plan and execute security patching and software update deployments with remediation activities.
Package, test, deploy, and troubleshoot applications using MECM and packaging frameworks.
Monitor site health and availability across MPs, DPs, SUPs, boundaries, and client communications.
Provide L3 troubleshooting for client health, content distribution, policy processing, and patching.
Produce endpoint inventory, compliance, operational-health, and audit reports.
Integrate MECM with Intune and support co-management.
Partner with security teams on endpoint baselines and remediation using Qualys and Defender.
Develop PowerShell automation for administration, health checks, remediation, reporting.
Support endpoint lifecycle activities: provisioning, refresh, software distribution, configuration changes, decommissioning.
Coordinate incidents, problems, changes, and service requests via ServiceNow and contribute to root-cause analysis.
Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and recovery plans.
Provide technical guidance to administrators and coordinate delivery across distributed teams.
