Job summary

EPERGNE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a leader to architect, design, implement and maintain enterprise endpoint management and mobility solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and related technologies.

You will provide technical leadership and mentor teams to adopt best practices. Responsibilities include designing scalable solutions, managing device lifecycles, developing policies for Windows device management, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable enterprise endpoint management solutions.
• Manage device lifecycle processes (provisioning, deployment, configuration, patching, compliance, retirement).
• Develop policies for Windows device management, packaging, security, and compliance.
• Translate business and technical requirements into solution architectures.
• Troubleshoot complex issues to maintain system reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering and support teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD for directory services integration.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
