Job summary

THAKRAL ONE PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior MECM / SCCM Administrator to lead, optimise, and govern enterprise MECM/SCCM across a large regulated environment. You will ensure endpoint compliance, OS lifecycle management, software deployment, patching, health, and secure service delivery.

You will design deployment solutions, automate health checks, integrate with Intune, and coordinate incidents with ServiceNow, while partnering with security teams on baselines and remediation.

Qualifications

• 15 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years on MECM/SCCM.
• Expert knowledge of MECM/SCCM architecture, client management, OS deployment and software distribution.
• Strong scripting (PowerShell) and automation for health checks and reports.
• Experience in banking or highly regulated environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to govern endpoint security controls and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimise enterprise MECM/SCCM infrastructure.
• Design and support OS deployment solutions for Windows clients and servers.
• Plan monthly security patching, software updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Package, test, deploy, and troubleshoot applications using MECM and approved frameworks.
• Monitor site health across Management Points, Distribution Points, and boundary groups.
• Provide L3 troubleshooting for client health, content distribution, policy processing, and task-sequence failures.
• Produce endpoint inventory, compliance, health, and audit reports for stakeholders.
• Partner with security teams on baselines and remediation.
• Integrate MECM with Intune and support co-management initiatives.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for administration and reporting.
• Support lifecycle activities including provisioning, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate incidents and changes through ServiceNow; contribute to RCAs and improvements.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and recovery plans; guide administrators and teams.
