Job summary

SPH Media Limited is looking for an experienced professional to manage Identity & Access, end-user devices, and collaboration tools in Singapore. You will implement security policies, automate tasks, and ensure compliant device management.

You will work with Okta, MEM, Google Workspace, and Zoom to support users, monitor performance, and provide training. The role emphasizes security, governance, and efficient IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in identity and access management, end-user device management, and support.
• Proficiency with Windows/macOS/iOS/Android device management.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with IDP systems, endpoint management tools, and AD/MEM/Okta.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute deployment of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices).
• Configure and maintain device images with security and performance in mind.
• Implement security policies, threat protection, and compliance for devices.
