Job summary

The MHA - Internal Security Department (ISD) in Singapore is looking for a dedicated professional to enhance internal security through technology and endpoint management. As part of a team working on a Digital Transformation Programme, you will focus on technical designs while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

This role involves collaboration with infrastructure teams, leading service providers, and ensuring excellent end-user experiences. Required qualifications include strong knowledge of operating systems, endpoint tools such as Microsoft Intune, and experience in troubleshooting and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of operating systems and their updates, networking fundamentals, and service automation.
• Able to lead troubleshooting during incidents with a pro-active and analytical approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Work with infrastructure architects to rationalise the technical design.
• Translate technical design into specifications and manage endpoint services.
• Engage with stakeholders on pain points and future requirements.
