Job summary

International SOS in Singapore is seeking a Medical Capability Reports (MCR) Specialist to coordinate the delivery of MCRs by gathering medical, facility and logistics data from multiple sources. You will engage internal and external stakeholders and ensure reports meet set procedures and KPIs.

The role requires meticulous copy editing, strong English writing skills, and the ability to work to deadlines in a multilingual environment. Prior experience with TRICARE Overseas Program is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in researching medical information from multiple sources.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to navigate databases and systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Preferably fluent in another language; comfortable in multicultural settings.
• Detail oriented with the ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative and able to work across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medical capability reports following set procedures and KPIs.
• Review and copy edit reports to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Develop knowledge of MCR requirements and populate data sets.
• Leverage internal systems (e.g. SPIN) to gather clinical and travel data.
• Conduct desktop research and contact providers/medical facilities for data.
• Engage stakeholders to obtain city, airfield, facility and public health details and approvals.
• Drive data quality initiatives by updating internal systems with accurate MCR data.
