Job summary

INTERNATIONAL SOS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced clinician to deliver professional medical assistance services. You will handle medically related calls, provide telephone assessments, coordinate referrals and transportation, and ensure high standards in case management and reporting.

The role requires nursing registration, BCLS, and strong clinical judgment to support clients with complex medical needs and emergencies from Singapore and abroad.

Qualifications

• Min 4–5 years in acute care or related medical fields.
• Experience in telephone triage and case management is desirable.
• Clinical judgment and ability to coordinate care under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical due diligence and case direction.
• Handle ongoing medical tasks and ensure proper handover at shift changes.
• Provide referrals and retrospective claims assessments.
• Plan and oversee medical hospitalizations and operations.
• Assess and manage medically related calls and provide telephone assessments.
• Coordinate referrals, transportation, and site surveys.
• Escalate cases per protocol and support client relations.
