Job summary

DSV CONTRACT LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Shipping Coordinator to manage outgoing shipments and ensure documentation accuracy.

You will coordinate with carriers and forwarders, track shipments, and maintain records while complying with customs regulations and shipping laws, delivering reliable service to customers and internal teams. Candidates should be familiar with Incoterms, international shipping processes, and ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or Oracle to support

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of international shipping and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments (domestic and international).
• Verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, Letter of Credit, import & export permit.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages.
• Maintain shipping records and update systems with shipment details.
