Job summary

KLA in Singapore seeks a logistics/warehouse professional to support global operations. You will read drawings, manage inventory, package shipments, and coordinate with planners, production, and forwarders to ensure on-time delivery of tools and components.

Responsibilities

• Help customers resolve shipment issues and complaints.
• Maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases; perform admin duties.
• Support planners and production to fulfill orders/shipments on time.
• Coordinate with CM for GR, traffic, and third-party warehouse to re-label shipments.
• Fulfill orders by packaging materials and preparing for shipment.
• Identify and locate products during the shipping process.
• Record inventory status and ensure deliveries match work orders.
• Collaborate to locate missing packages and fix incorrect deliveries.
• Practice problem-solving and continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and execute maintenance per procedures.
• Support operations during weekends and public holidays.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Read, learn, understand, and interpret drawing/blueprints, work instructions, and other written or verbal instructions to complete the crating of tools/products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage inventory following established guidelines and procedures including labeling and locating parts, picking parts from appropriate locations specified, and recording and communicating inventory levels.
• Help customers resolve shipment issues and complaints when they arise.
• Maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases and perform additional administrative, clerical, or supervisory duties as requested.
• Support internal and other relevant departments (e.g. Planners and productions) to ensure all orders/shipments are fulfilled on time.
• The need to coordinate with CM to perform GR, coordinate with traffic and third-party warehouse to re-label shipment, and release to forwarders for shipment arrangement.
• Fulfill orders by packaging necessary materials and preparing them for shipment.
• Identifying and locating the right products during the shipping process
• Recording inventory status, and making sure deliveries properly match work orders.
• Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products.
• Practice problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and workplace safety, and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures.
• Require supporting operations during weekends and public holidays.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Minimum Qualifications
