KLA's Global Supply Chain (GSC) oversees sourcing, supplier contracting and management, materials management, direct and indirect procurement, and logistics and trade compliance. GSC leads activities to establish and manage an innovative, reliable, efficient, effective and compliant global supply chain and logistics structure that strengthens KLA's competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Business Partnering & Supply Chain Finance (Essential)

A. FP&A Ownership & Financial Planning

• Handle global manufacturing warehousing financial performance across actuals, forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning cycles.
• Perform detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, prior year, and strategic plan assumptions.
• Lead forecasting and planning activities, incorporating operational assumptions and input from business partners.
• Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and case evaluations.

B. Logistics Finance & Cost Management

• Develop a strong understanding of global manufacturing warehousing operations and related logistics activities, including warehousing, distribution, transportation, fulfillment, and the associated financial and operational cost drivers.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and logistics financial governance processes, including accrual reviews, invoice validation, purchase order monitoring, cost reallocations, financial controls, reporting, and management reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and lead cost allocation methodologies for manufacturing warehousing and shared logistics expenses across business divisions.
• Support investment decisions and projects related to manufacturing warehousing operations, capacity planning, and logistics network optimization.

C. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary finance business partner for KLA's global manufacturing warehousing operations.
• Partner closely with manufacturing warehousing operations, logistics teams, procurement, and regional finance organizations to analyze operational and financial performance, understand cost drivers, and recommend ways to improve cost efficiency and service performance.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, and financial commentary that support sound financial decisions and accountability across manufacturing warehousing and logistics organizations.

D. Continuous Improvement & Transformation

• Simplify, standardize, and automate logistics finance processes to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and scalability.

Data Analytics & Digital Insights (Preferred)

• Use Snowflake, Power BI, and other enterprise data platforms to analyze large and sophisticated datasets, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and support business reporting and financial analysis.
• Build and maintain reporting datasets, dashboards, and management reporting solutions while partnering with Digital Solutions, Finance, and Operations teams to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
• Translate sophisticated analytical findings into actionable recommendations and support data-driven decision making through reporting automation and business intelligence solutions.

AI & Process Automation (Preferred)

• Leverage AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, and other approved enterprise AI platforms to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Support automation initiatives that streamline reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Support the adoption of AI tools and effective ways of working as part of the company's digital transformation efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing warehousing, logistics, manufacturing operations, or supply chain finance organizations.
• Proven understanding of manufacturing warehousing operations, warehouse cost drivers, and logistics processes.

Experience with:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics finance, business operations, or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Experience partnering directly with operational teams and translating business requirements into financial insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
