Job summary

KLA Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead receiving, dispatch, and inventory control at our Singapore site. You will assign workloads, coordinate with productions and buyers, and ensure accuracy and safety in daily warehouse operations.

The role requires a logistics degree and strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills to maintain on-time deliveries and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments.

• Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.
• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained.
• Monitoring safety procedures when operating forklifts and other machinery.
• Supervising MRB inventory and coordinating with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve non-conforming materials.
• Managing transport companies and 3PL.
• Ensuring delivery deadlines and quality objectives are met.
• Conducting inventory control practices and cycle counts.
• Adhering to health and safety legislation.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments
• Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates
• Communicating with productions, buyers, and planners to answer work order flow questions and troubleshoot problems
• Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
• Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery

• Monitoring warehouse management systems to supervise the flow of inventory and make adjustments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Oversee and manage Material Review Board (MRB) inventory, including segregation, inventory accuracy, disposition execution, coordination with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams, and timely processing of non-conforming materials to prevent inventory accumulation and support production continuity
• Manage transport companies and 3PL
• Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met
• Administering inventories control, cycle count
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Manage inventory following established guidelines and procedures including labeling and locating parts, picking parts from appropriate locations specified and recording and communicating inventory levels.
• Help productions, planners, buyers to resolve shipment issues and complaints when they arise.
• Practice problem solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for realizing continuous improvement to products and processes.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Degree in Logistics Management
• Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict
• Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
• Familiarity with inventory control practices and logistics
• A team player with the ability to multi-task and organize work systematically
• Process Improvement mindset

Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment
