Job summary

KLA invites you to join a team that keeps electronics manufacturing running smoothly. In the MRB and warehouse environment, you will own inventory movements, ensure accuracy, and support suppliers and internal partners to resolve material issues.

The role emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, compliance with quality and safety standards, and hands-on coordination with Buyers, Planners, Engineering and Manufacturing to keep materials flowing.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or MRB operations.
• Experience handling non-conforming materials and inventory transactions in an ERP system (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor movement of non-conforming materials through the MRB process. Maintain and monitor inventory accuracy of all MRB materials, ensuring system records are aligned with physical inventory.
• Cross-Functional Coordination Interface daily with Buyers, Planners, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, and Manufacturing personnel to provide status updates on open MRB items.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely disposition, approvals, and closure of aged MRB materials.
• Work closely with Buyers, Planners, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to identify priorities and resolve material-related issues.
• Escalate overdue or critical MRB cases to the appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate records of MRB transactions, inventory movements, and disposition activities.
• Verify that all activities are completed in accordance with released work instructions, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits relating to MRB inventory and material traceability.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Operational Support Coordinate packing, labeling, staging, and shipment preparation for returned and dispositioned materials.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet movers where certified.
• Support urgent operational requirements and special projects related to MRB, warehouse, and logistics activities.
• Perform any other duties and projects assigned by management.
• Safety & Housekeeping Responsible for 5S and housekeeping standards within the MRB area.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements and immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MRB efficiency, inventory accuracy, and workflow performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

MRB Inventory Management

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of non-conforming materials through the MRB process. Maintain and monitor inventory accuracy of all MRB materials, ensuring system records are aligned with physical inventory. Perform routine inventory verification, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations within MRB storage locations. Ensure all non-conforming materials are properly identified, tagged, segregated, and stored in designated MRB locations
• Cross-Functional Coordination Interface daily with Buyers, Planners, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, and Manufacturing personnel to provide status updates on open MRB items. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely disposition, approvals, and closure of aged MRB materials. Minimum Qualifications

Education

Secondary School / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or related field preferred.
