Job summary

KLA Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate production orders, ensure on-time shipments, and work closely with purchasing and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.

You will monitor material shortages, drive inventory optimization, and contribute to process improvements. A minimum of 2 years in manufacturing or production planning and familiarity with BOMs and SAP PP will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Technical Engineering / Business / Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years related industry experience in manufacturing, production planning.
• Knowledge in work order management and BOM.
• Proficient in SAP PP with knowledge of supply chain and production planning metrics.
• Experience in low volume high mix manufacturing and DFT/pull manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and to work with a variety of offshore locations.

• Assists in developing, maintaining and improving existing processes, procedures and key performance metrics

What You’ll Do

Minimum Qualifications

• Require knowledge in work order management and understanding of Bill of Material
• Proficient in an ERP system, preferably SAP system (PP module) with good knowledge of supply chain, materials flow concepts and production planning reporting/metrics
• Experience in low volume high mix (preferably equipment manufacturing) and DFT/pull manufacturing environment is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and to work with a variety of offshore locations
