Job summary

Peak Ocean Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Planner for a long-term contract in Singapore. The role sits within the Peak Ocean PMT and requires close collaboration with Engineering, Construction and Commissioning to maintain the integrated master schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in project planning/scheduling within offshore/marine construction or fabrication projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including schedule integration and risk/critical path analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule across Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Lead schedule risk analysis, identifying critical path drivers and float erosion, and present mitigation options.
• Review and validate progress and schedule inputs from engineering and construction leads to ensure consistency across disciplines.
• Prepare schedule reports, S-curves, and dashboards for client and executive review, including recovery plans where needed.
• Mentor junior Project Planners and review their schedule updates and outputs.
• Support claims, variation, and delay analysis where schedule impact needs substantiation.
