Job summary

You will conduct site surveys, plan manpower and equipment, and formulate construction methodologies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marine, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or related fields.
• 3–5 years of construction planning experience in marine/offshore industries.
• Experience with design‑build and construction management at risk delivery methods.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and project management software (Primavera P6).
• Strong scheduling knowledge for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed construction plans and schedules from tender through execution.
• Conducts site surveys and plans manpower and equipment.
• Formulates construction methodologies and progress tracking.
• Gathers schedules with cross-functional teams and third parties.
• Leads project performance analysis using earned value management and critical path
• Prepares reporting tools (Gantt charts) and maintains schedule updates.
