is seeking a seasoned Planning & Scheduling professional to lead the integrated master schedule across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover for large-scale infrastructure projects in Singapore. The role requires 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in infrastructure or complex buildings, proficiency in Primavera P6, and strong analytical and coordination skills across multiple disciplines to manage interfaces and drive recovery plans

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret schedule data and identify issues.
• Excellent communication and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder interfaces and complex project environments.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the integrated master schedule across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Support programme integration across civil, structural, geotechnical, architectural, MEP, and waste-to-energy systems.
• Monitor progress against baseline, identify delays, risks, and critical path impacts.
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path review, float assessment, and scenario planning.
• Coordinate interfaces between contract packages, disciplines, and construction areas.
• Assist in development of recovery plans and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to regular planning reports, dashboards, and programme updates for management.
