• 3–5 years of experience in related roles within marine & offshore environments.
• Ability to analyze schedules and communicate progress to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules for repair, conversion, and newbuild projects.
• Monitor progress and performance against schedules to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Identify delays or risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate impact on delivery.
• Analyze critical path activities to optimize timelines and resources.
• Prepare manpower histograms to support workforce planning for repair and conversion projects.
• Utilize Microsoft Office to prepare project documentation and communications.
• Use project management tools (Microsoft Project or Primavera) to create and update schedules.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly progress reports to clients.
