Job summary

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Planner with 3–5 years of experience in marine/offshore construction planning.

You will map schedules, manage resources, and coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely completion of complex EPC/EPCm projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marine/engineering/electrical/mechanical or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of working experience in construction planning in marine/offshore related industry.
• Experience with design-build and construction management at risk delivery methods.
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office products and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Good knowledge of all phases of construction and scheduling large-scale projects.
• Ability to develop and manage progress reporting methodologies for complex design effort.
• Ability to understand demanding, technical, and complicated construction programs.
• Knowledge of work breakdown structure and logical sequencing to optimize schedules.

Responsibilities

• Think strategically and align actions with SCM’s capabilities and plans.
• Drive innovation and adapt to changing circumstances without a road map.
• Lead and take initiative in non-hierarchical settings.
• Prepare construction manpower and equipment planning including cost and resource estimation.
• Develop EPC/EPCm schedules for tender and project execution, with multiple scenarios.
• Coordinate with design consultants, managers, and contractors to align schedules across phases.
• Develop reporting tools (Gantt charts, network diagrams) to communicate sequencing and progress.
• Conduct constructability studies for heavy equipment transport and erection during tender and proposal stages.
• Lead project meetings to review completion status against baselines.
• Review requisitions and troubleshoot bottlenecks between construction and engineering teams.
• Maintain simplified logic schedules and critical float analyses to flag issues.
• Coordinate and validate schedules with cross-functional teams and external schedulers.
• Provide progress reporting and briefing materials for stakeholders.
