Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine/ Engineering/ Electrical/ Mechanical, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in construction planning in marine/offshore related industry.
• Experience with design-build and construction management at risk delivery methods.
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office products and project management software (Primavera P6).
• Good knowledge of all phases of construction and scheduling for large-scale projects.
• Ability to understand demanding, technical construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys on project sites and propose construction methodologies, subcontracting strategy, and logistics planning.
• Prepare scheduling docs, procedures, and method statements for construction activities and tender/project execution.
• Plan manpower and equipment, including cost estimation for construction management.
• Develop and maintain EPC/EPCC schedules for tender and project phases, with multiple scenarios.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to obtain latest schedules.
