Job summary

RiDiK is seeking an Architecture Lead to define and own the target-state architecture and technology strategy for the bank's Marketing Technology (MarTech) ecosystem across all markets and segments.

You will act as the principal architecture authority for marketing automation, CDP, personalization engines, and campaign delivery platforms, driving real-time personalization, omni-channel engagement, and AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires senior-level experience in enterprise architecture for Marketing Tech ecosystems.
• Proven ability to design target-state architecture across MarTech platforms and channels.
• Strong collaboration with business, data, security, and risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture and roadmaps for the bank's MarTech across markets and segments.
• Act as architecture authority for marketing automation, CDP, personalization, and campaign delivery platforms.
• Drive real-time personalization, omni-channel engagement and AI-driven marketing capabilities.
• Develop architecture blueprints, standards, and governance aligned with security and data governance policies.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of strategic MarTech platforms and technologies.
• Provide technical leadership to solution architects and delivery teams across programs.
