Job summary

SAKSOFT LIMITED seeks an Enterprise/Application Architect to lead the bank's Marketing Technology strategy, defining target-state architecture for MarTech, CDP, personalization engines and campaign delivery across markets.

With 15+ years in enterprise tech and 8+ years in MarTech, you will influence senior stakeholders, drive cloud adoption and platform modernization in a highly regulated, multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise technology delivery or architecture.
• At least 8 years in Marketing Tech, Customer Engagement or CRM architecture.
• Experience defining enterprise-scale MarTech strategies for large organisations.
• Proven track record of platform modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of customer engagement ecosystems and journey orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the target-state architecture and roadmap for the bank's MarTech ecosystem.
• Act as principal architecture authority for marketing automation, CDP, and personalization.
• Drive future-state vision for real-time personalization and AI-driven marketing.
• Develop architecture blueprints, reference architectures and standards.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of strategic MarTech platforms.
• Collaborate with business, Data & Analytics, Security and Risk teams on scalable solutions.
• Architect end-to-end customer engagement ecosystems across channels.
• Establish integration patterns between MarTech and enterprise systems.
• Drive governance and design reviews to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across programs.
• Lead PoCs, technology evaluations and innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors to influence product roadmaps.
• Ensure resilience, performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
