Job summary

LICO RESOURCES PTE. LTD. seeks a senior leader to own and run the marketing technology, ABM, and customer intelligence functions.

You will own the MarTech stack, drive automation, CRM integration, and analytics programs to lift audience targeting and campaign effectiveness across digital channels. You will design scalable programs, lead a small specialist team, and partner with Sales to correlate marketing activity with CRM insights and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• A decade+ of experience across digital marketing, marketing operations, MarTech, analytics or customer intelligence.
• Experience running MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Dotdigital, HubSpot, spanning ABM, email, automation and CRM integration.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the MarTech stack and lead transformation across automation, process and tooling.
• Design digital programmes that convert prospects, progress opportunities and open cross-sell paths.
• Build dashboards that turn signals into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with Sales; govern digital channels and manage analytics partners for measurable value.
