Job summary

Saksoft Pte Ltd seeks an Enterprise/Application Architect to lead the MarTech and Customer Engagement architecture across markets for a major bank. You will own target-state architecture, set technical standards, and collaborate with Digital Banking, Data & Analytics, and Security teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, solution architecture or platform architecture.
• 8+ years in Marketing Technology (MarTech), Customer Engagement, CRM or Marketing Automation architecture.
• Experience defining enterprise-scale MarTech strategies within large financial institutions or multinational organizations.
• Leadership in platform modernization, architecture transformation and cloud adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the target-state architecture and roadmap for the bank's MarTech ecosystem across markets.
• Act as principal architecture authority for marketing automation platforms, CDPs, personalization engines and campaign delivery solutions.
• Drive future-state vision for real-time personalization and AI-driven marketing capabilities.
• Develop architecture blueprints, reference architectures and standards aligned with security and governance policies.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of strategic MarTech platforms and technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define scalable enterprise solutions.
• Architect end-to-end customer engagement ecosystems across platforms and channels.
• Establish integration patterns between MarTech and core systems (CRM, Data Lake, APIs, GenAI).
• Drive governance and design reviews to ensure scalability and resilience.
