Job summary

City Chain Stores (S) PTE LTD is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to support daily operations of our online stores on Shopee and Lazada. You will manage listings, promotions, orders and customer enquiries while helping drive performance in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior ecommerce experience is a plus but not required. You should be proficient in Excel and comfortable using internal systems to maintain accurate

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Ecommerce, Retail Management or related discipline.
• Prior ecommerce or marketplace experience is an advantage but not required. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, Shopify or other ecommerce platforms will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and internal systems.
• Detail-oriented and organised with good time-management skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain marketplace stores across Shopee and Lazada.
• Create and update product listings, including product information, images, pricing and stock availability.
• Set up marketplace promotions, vouchers and campaign mechanics.
• Support marketplace campaigns including major sales events such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11 and 12.12.
• Monitor and respond to marketplace customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure daily orders are processed and fulfilled on time.
• Process stock transfers, sales entries, returns and refunds accurately in the internal system.
• Assist with monthly stock reconciliation and investigate discrepancies when required.
• Monitor basic marketplace performance such as sales, orders and store performance.
• Maintain accurate ecommerce records, reports and documentation.
