The role requires a diploma in a related field, 2–3 years in e-commerce or digital marketing, proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools, plus fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online retail.
• Proficient in managing Shopee and Lazada marketplaces.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for work-related communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost product visibility and revenue on Shopee and Lazada.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and run online promotions to maximize exposure and sales.
• Provide responsive customer support through e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee order processing, delivery and returns to ensure smooth fulfilment.
• Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns including social media ads, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for higher engagement and ROI.
• Assist in managing the e-commerce website to enhance user experience and conversions.
• Compile regular performance reports covering sales, customer behaviour, traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with marketing, inventory, and customer service to align online initiatives.
