Job summary

TRAVELITE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level to mid-level E-commerce Account Specialist to manage key accounts on Shopee/Lazada and oversee daily operations across online platforms.

You will consolidate platform sales data, maintain product information (pricing, inventory) and respond to enquiries with professionalism. 1+ year in e-commerce or retail is preferred; knowledge of marketplaces is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a professional certificate / Nitec, Diploma.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field (e-commerce, marketing or retail).
• Candidate must be proactive and self-driven to achieve results.
• Energetic and enthusiastic individual.
• Familiar with marketplaces platforms will be an advantage (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon).

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts in Shopee, Lazada online marketplaces.
• Handle day-to-day operations/logistics-related matters on all online platforms.
• Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting.
• Maintain e-commerce site(s) and handle enquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure pricing and inventory on the sites are up-to-date and accurate.
